DATE : 18 NOVEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) The present petition has been filed by the applicant, the wife of the respondent, seeking transfer of the divorce petition filed by the respondent-husband before the Family Court at Belapur to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Satara.

2) After the matter was argued for some time, learned advocate appearing for the respondent (husband) on instructions from his client submits that he has instructions to give no objection for transfer of the divorce proceeding to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Satara if the said proceedings are transferred and heard by the Judge who is hearing Section 9 petition filed by the wife.

KVM 2/2 13 - MCA 435 OF 2025.doc 3) By consent, following order is passed :- (a) The present Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). (b) The proceedings of divorce being No. A-757 of 2024 pending before the Family Court at Belapur, Navi Mumbai be transferred within a period of four weeks from today to the Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Satara, District Satara who is hearing the Marriage Petition No. 183 of 2024.

(c) Both the petitions be clubbed together and heard by one and the same Judge only.
