CORAM : RAJESH S. PATIL, J.

DATE : 5 DECEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) By the present transfer proceedings, the applicant, wife of the respondent is seeking transfer of the divorce proceedings filed by the husband before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Malshiras, District Solapur to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Thane. 2) It is the case of the applicant that she is a police constable and is posted at L.T.Marg Police Station, Mumbai and the husband is also working in a office at Nariman Point, Mumbai and is residing at Navi Mumbai. There is no dispute about this fact. 3) Considering the fact that none of the parties are residing at Solapur though it is the respondent's native place Solapur, I find

KVM 2/2 16 - MCA 436 OF 2025.doc that taking into consideration convenience of both the parties, the divorce proceedings filed by the respondent be transfer to Thane. 4) In view of the same, the present Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 5) The proceedings of Hindu Marriage Petition No. 157 of 2025 pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Malshiras, District Solapur be transferred within a period of four weeks from today to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Thane. 6) Both the learned advocates have submitted that in the wedlock between the applicant and the respondent, there are no children and both the parties are of young age and an attempt can be made to resolve this dispute amicably before the mediator. 7) By consent of both the learned advocates, Advocate Mr.Sudhir V.
