2) Apart from the Court notice, the applicant is permitted to serve the respondent by private notice, by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the next date of the hearing. 3) The applicant to furnish copy of the present Miscellaneous Civil Application to the Registry within a period of two weeks from today. It is made clear that if such copy is not furnished, the present Miscellaneous Civil Application to stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.

3) In the meanwhile, there will be ad-interim relief in terms

5) Similarly, Registrar (Judicial-I) is hereby directed to communicate the order passed today to the Registrar of the concerned Court by E-mail.
