Mr. Wakale, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks liberty to amend prayer clause (C). Liberty as prayed for is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Issue notice to the Respondent returnable on 19.12.2025. Hamdast permitted.

Apart from Court notice, the Applicant is permitted to serve the Respondent, by all permissible modes of service and file Affidavit of service before the next date of hearing.

In the meantime, the proceeding, being Hindu Marriage Petition No. 84 of 2024 pending before the learned CJSD, Rajgurunagar, Pune is stayed till the next date of hearing.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant is hereby directed to convey the order passed today to the concerned Court who is hearing the matrimonial proceedings and file Affidavit to that effect within a period of two weeks from today.

Similarly, Registrar (Judicial - I) is hereby directed to communicate the order passed today to the Registrar of the learned CJSD, Rajgurunagar, Pune by E-mail.
