Civil Application is allowed. 8) In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent - husband, the Misc. Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

9) The proceedings of M.P. No. 46/2025 pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel, be transferred within a period of four weeks from today to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan. 10) The respondent-husband is permitted to attend the proceeding before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan, through video conferencing. However, whenever necessary, as per the directions of the learned Judge taking up the matter, the respondent will have to attend the proceedings in person.

11) Learned counsel for the applicant is hereby directed to convey the order passed today to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel and file affidavit to that effect within a period of two weeks from today. 12) Similarly, Registrar (Judicial-I) is hereby directed to
