By the present application, the applicant is seeking transfer of Writ Petition No.2366 of 2024 from the Principal Bench of the Bombay High Court to High Court of Bombay at Goa. 2.

Ms. Jagtap, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that she has instructions from the concerned officer that they will have no objection if the matter is transferred from the Principal Bench of the Bombay High Court to High Court of Bombay at Goa and the matter be heard on merits.

In view of the statement being made by learned counsel

Diksha Rane 4 MCA 4442025.doc appearing for the respondent, the Misc. Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads as under:- "b. Transfer Writ Petition No. 2366 of 2024 pending before the Principal Seat at Bombay to the Goa Bench of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay for hearing and disposal in accordance with law."

3.1 The Prothonotary and Senior Master of the High Court of Bombay is hereby directed to transfer the proceedings of Writ Petition No.2366 of 2024 pending before the Original Side of this Court, within a period of four weeks from today to the High Court of Bombay at Goa.

All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order. 5.
