1) By the present application, the applicant - wife of the respondent is seeking transfer of the husband divorce petition from the Family Court at Bandra to the Family Court at Pune. 2) Mr. More, learned counsel appearing for the respondent - husband on instructions of the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection if present Misc. Civil Application is allowed, and the proceedings are transferred to the Family Court at Pune.

3) In view of the statement made by learned counsel appearing for the respondent-husband, on instructions of the respondent - husband, present Misc. Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

Diksha Rane 19 MCA 456 2025.doc 4) The proceedings of Petition No.A-1726 of 2022 pending before the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai, be transferred within a period of four weeks from today to the Family Court at Pune. 5) The respondent-husband is permitted to attend the proceeding before the Family Court at Pune, through video conferencing. However, whenever necessary, as per the directions of the learned Judge taking up the matter, the respondent will have to attend the proceedings in person.

6) The applicant to communicate her present residential address to the respondent or to his counsel within a period of one week from today.

7) Learned counsel for the applicant is hereby directed to convey the order passed today to the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai and file affidavit to that effect within a period of two weeks from today. 8) Similarly, Registrar (Judicial-I) is hereby directed to communicate the order passed today to the Registrar of the concerned Court by E-mail.
