Ms. Thorat, learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that as per the directions of this Court dated 11.02.2026, the Respondent - husband has cleared an outstanding maintenance amount of Rs. 50,000/-. Statement accepted.

After this matter was argued for some time, I am of the view that it would suffice, if the Misc. Civil Application is disposed of with the following directions.

O R D E R (i) The Miscellaneous Civil Application stands disposed of; (ii) The hearing of the Marriage Petition No. 1320 of 2019 pending before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune is hereby Anand

MCA 460-2025.doc expedited and to be disposed of by 31.05.2027; (iii) As the Respondent - husband has agreed to pay expenses of traveling to the Applicant, hence on each and every date of hearing, an amount of Rs.2,000/- is fixed as an amount to be paid by the Respondent - husband to the Applicant when she attends the Court proceeding before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune. The said amount to be paid on the date of hearing directly in the Bank account of the Applicant.

Mr. Kumbhar, learned Counsel for the Respondent - husband submits that interim maintenance amount of Rs.5,000/- per month as fixed by an Order dated 02.01.2023 by the learned 4th Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune will be complied and there will be no default. Statement accepted as an undertaking given to this Court. (RAJESH S. PATIL, J.) Anand
