This matter has been filed by the Applicant, who is the wife of the Respondent seeking transfer of the husband's Divorce Petition from the learned Family Court, Pune to the learned Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions of his client submits that the Respondent has no objection, if the proceeding is transferred to the learned Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai. 3.

In view of the same, the Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The proceeding, being A-1407 of 2025 pending before the learned Family Court, Pune be transferred to the learned Family Court, Anand

27. MCA 461-2025.doc Bandra, Mumbai within a period of two weeks from today and to be heard along with A-2594 of 2025.

The Respondent - husband is permitted to attend the proceeding before the learned Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai through video conferencing. However, whenever necessary, as per the directions of the learned Judge taking up the matter, the Respondent will have to attend the proceedings in person.
