DATE : 23 JANUARY, 2026 P.C. :- 1) By the present transfer proceedings, the applicant, wife of the respondent is seeking transfer of respondent's Section 9 restitution of conjugal rights proceedings pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Panvel to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Nashik. 2) It is the case of the applicant that she is unemployed and is residing at Nashik. She is staying with her parents alongwith four years old daughter and the respondent is employed as assistant director in the company, where he earns around Rs.50 lacs per annum and the respondent-husband is not paying any amount towards This order is corrected as per order dated 04.02.2026.
