DATE : 26 FEBRUARY, 2026 P.C. :- 1) By the present application, the applicant-wife of the respondent, is seeking transfer of Section 9 proceedings filed by the respondent-husband before the Family Court, Jalgaon to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan.
2) Learned advocate appearing for the respondent on instructions, submits that the respondent has no objection if the present Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed and the proceedings are transferred.
3) In view of the statement made by the learned advocate appearing for the respondent-husband, the present Miscellaneous Civil
KVM 2/2 26 - MCA 470 OF 2025.doc Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 4) the proceedings of Marriage Petition No. A-274 of 2025 pending before the Family Court, Jalgaon be transferred within a period of four weeks from today to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan.
5) The respondent-husband is permitted to attend the Court proceedings before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan through video conferencing. However, whenever necessary, as per the directions of the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan, taking up the matter, the respondent will have to attend the proceedings in person.
6) Learned counsel for the applicant is hereby directed to convey the order passed today to the Family Court, Jalgaon who is hearing the proceedings.
7) Similarly, Registrar (Judicial-I) is hereby directed to communicate the order passed today to the Registrar of the Family Court, Jalgaon by E-mail.
