As per the Order dated 25.03.2026 in para 16, in view of the false statement made on oath by the Respondent, this Court had directed the Registry to issue a show-cause notice to the Respondent asking him as to why criminal action for the offence punishable for perjury should not be taken against him.

Today, the Respondent is present in person with his Advocate. 3.
Mr. Patil, learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that his client has not received any show-cause notice as per the instructions. 4.
The Registry is directed to immediately take steps to issue a show-cause notice to the Respondent as per the directions issued by this Court vide Order dated 25.03.2026.
