DATE : 10/01/2025 It is alleged that the respondents have committed contempt of order of this Court by flouting the undertaking as given by respondent Nos. 1 and 2 on 24/10/2024 that they are not obstructing nor intending to obstruct the running of the petrol pump by the petitioner. The said statement to the Court is further reflected in order dated 14/11/2024 in Clause - 10. In spite of this, the respondent No.2 and Reliance B.P. Mobility Limited entered into indenture of lease on 30/12/2024. As such, issue notice before admission to the respondents, returnable on 30/01/2025.
