This Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the directions contained in the order dated 09/10/2024, passed in Writ Petition No.5360 of 2023. 2.

Admittedly, the directions contained in the aforesaid order have been complied with as the representation submitted by the petitioner has been decided on 21/02/2025. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to challenge the order dated 21/02/2205 in accordance with law.
