The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner pointing out the non compliance of the order dated 08-10-2025, wherein this Court has directed the Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division Nagpur to decide the communication dated 04-09-2025 within a period of three weeks from the date of the order. 2.

Learned AGP has tendered across the bar a communication dated 03-02-2026 issued by the Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division Nagpur, pointing out that the respondent has called the present petitioner for hearing on 10-02-2026 and accordingly will pass the order within a period of two weeks from the aforesaid date. 3.

In view of the above, we dispose of the present contempt petition accepting the statement made on behalf of the respondent. 4.
