The respondent No.1 in-person present. The respondent No.1 has tendered across the bar the submission, stating therein that he has cancelled the agreement to sale executed with respondent No.2. He further submits that the suit filed by the respondent No.2 against him for specific performance of contract has also been withdrawn. The documents in support have been annexed with the reply taken on record. 2.

The counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has now no grievance against the respondents. That being so, the petition is disposed of as does not survive.
