Our attention is invited to the order dated 4th December, 2023, whereby this Court has recorded the submissions made by the counsel appearing for the respondentZilla Parishad, Amravati as regards identifying and notifying of the existing vacancies so as to facilitate the petitioners to give their options for effecting transfers.

Mr. R.S. Parsodkar, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that the petitioners do not want to press the contempt petition and seek liberty to file writ petition.

With liberty as prayed for, the contempt petition is accordingly disposed of as not pressed.
