The contempt petition alleges disobedience of the order dated 19.06.2024 in Writ Petition No. 5888 of 2012. By way of the said order, while considering the claim of the petitioner, it was directed that the Education Officer should consider the claim and, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the respondent nos. 3 and 4, shall pass an appropriate order as regards the entitlement of the petitioner under the Government Resolution dated 21.05.2010.

Mr. S. V. Narale, learned AGP appearing for the respondent nos. 1 and 2, by pointing us to the affidavit filed

(2) 34.CP139.25 in response, submits that the order has been complied has also placed on record, along with the affidavit, the minutes of meeting dated 17.02.2026.

In that view of the matter, there is a partial compliance of the order. At this stage, Mr. P. N. Shende causes appearance for the respondent nos. 3 and 4 and prays for some time to see that the remaining part of the order as contemplated in para 11 thereof is to be complied. 5.

In that view of the matter, stand over to 10.04.2026.
