It is alleged that the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal by its judgment dated 18.04.2023 directed to pay time bound promotion to the applicants as per the government policy. The said judgment was challenged before this Court vide Writ Petition No.1925/2024 along with other petitions by the State of Maharashtra. The said petitions are dismissed by this Court by common order dated 25.02.2025. However, according to the petitioners, there is no compliance of the judgment of Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal till date. 3.

Hence, issue notice before admission to the respondents, returnable on 8th July, 2025.
