From the communications filed along with this contempt petition at page Nos.48 and 53, wherein the reference is made of the judgment of this Court dated 23.04.2025 and the first para of the same indicates that the calculations as directed by this Court by considering the original basic pay + DP, the decision was taken. 2.

As per the petitioner, these communications are not in compliance with the order of this Court and Mr. Waghmare, learned counsel for the petitioner argued on merit how these communications are illegal and bad in law.

This is contempt petition and this Court has to only consider whether there is any wilful disobedience of the order of this Court. Once the compliance is made and it is shown, the petitioner has remedy to challenge

2 902-cp-291-25.odt illegalities, if any in relation to such order. But in any case in Contempt Petition this Court cannot enter into the legality of the decision taken in pursuance of the judgment of this Court. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is dismissed.
