Mr. Gopal G. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 has tendered across the Bench a copy of Pursis dated 2.4.2026 along with communication dated 1st April, 2026.

By way of said Pursis, it is informed that the bills of arrears payable to the petitioners from March, 2024 to December, 2025 has been submitted to the Finance Department of Zilla Parishad on 29th March, 2026 by the Health Department and the amount would be deposited in the accounts of the petitioners on 2nd April, 2026 or immediately after opening of website.

In that view of the matter, in our view, the order has been complied with.
