The petitioner alleges that the respondents have not complied the order dated 09/05/2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.2605/2025 thereby directing the respondent State Government to decide the proposal submitted by the Zilla Parishad in the matter of promotion of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of the order. 3.

In view of the above, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 06/11/2025.

In addition to regular mode, the petitioner is permitted to serve the respondents by all modes as permissible in law.
