Contempt petition alleges disobedience of order dated 09.05.2025 in Writ Petition No. 2605/2025 wherein this Court directed the respondents to decide the proposal submitted by the Zilla Parishad in the matter of promotion of the petitioner expeditiously and in any case within a period of three months.

As pointed out by the learned AGP the proposal has been decided by letter dated 28.10.2025, even though belatedly.

In that view of the matter, we are of the opinion that, at least prima facie, no case for contempt is made out. 4.

The Contempt Petition is disposed of.
