The petitioner alleges contempt of the order dated 13th August, 2024, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.3909/2024, wherein the respondent was directed to take a decision upon the communication dated 28th June, 2012, within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of the order before the concerned Authorities.

Mr. Kalwaghe, learned counsel for the petitioner, has invited our attention to the document at page No.22, which shows that the aforesaid order was received by the Authority on 17th April, 2025. However, even after a lapse of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order, no decision has been communicated to the petitioner, as directed by this Court on 13th August, 2024.

In view of the above, issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 14th November, 2025.
