The petitioner alleges the contempt on behalf of the respondents of the order dated 05/12/2024 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.7050/2024 thereby directing the State Government to take the decision of the proposal submitted by the Nagpur Improvement Trust as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the proposal from Nagpur Improvement Trust. 3.

Mr. Sayajee Jagtap, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that till today the aforesaid proposal has not been decided by the respondents.

In view of above, issue notice before admission to respondent Nos.1 to 6, returnable on 14/11/2025.
