The petitioner alleges the contempt of the judgment dated 08/05/2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.6381/2023 whereby this Court had directed the respondent to decide the claim of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. 3.

The petitioner had submitted the representation on 15/05/2025, which is at page No.11 of the petition; thereafter, the petitioner has submitted a reminder representation and also issued a legal notice alleging contempt on 04/08/2025; however, learned Counsel for the petitioner points out that till date, the representation is not decided by the respondents. 4.

In view of the above, issue notice before admission to the respondent, returnable on 14/11/2025.

In addition to regular mode, the petitioner is permitted to serve the respondent by all modes as permissible in law.
