D ATE : OCTOBER 16, 2025 The petitioner has filed the instant contempt petition alleging non-compliance with the judgment and order dated 10.03.2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.120 of 2025. 2.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that though the undertaking was tendered by the respondent-Bank in the said writ petition to consider and decide the petitioner's case with respect to promotion in terms of judgment and order dated 10.04.2012 passed by the Industrial Court, Bhandara in Complaint U.L.P. No.6 of 2008, the same is not complied with despite lapse of time granted by this Court. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the General Manager and Chairman of the Bhandara District Co-operative Bank Limited, Bhandara were duty bound to comply with the undertaking given to this Court and on account of their noncompliance, they are liable for action of contempt. 3.

Issue notice before admission to the respondents returnable on 21.11.2025.
