In view of the letter dated 27.11.2025 bearing No.JIPNA/Shikshan/Madhya/Karya-2/7338/2025 issued by the Office of Education Officer (Secondary), Old Secretariat Building, 2nd Floor, Civil Lines, Nagpur - 440001 pointing out the deficiency in the proposal submitted by petitioner No.1, we find that there is no contempt of the order dated 06.02.2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.606/2025.

The petitioner may comply with the deficiency pointed out by the Education Officer i.e. respondent No.1 within a period of two weeks from today. 3.

The Respondent - Education Officer (Sec.), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur, is hereby directed to decide the same thereafter.

In view thereof, the present contempt petition is disposed of.
