CORAM : PRAVIN S. PATIL, J.

DATED : 13.11.2025 .

1.

By this petition, it is alleged that there is a deliberate and intentional disobedience on the part of respondent no.2. 2.

To substantiate this fact, the petitioner has relied upon Clauses (v) and (vii) of the operative part of the judgment delivered by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-15, Nagpur in Criminal Revision Application No.228/2025. The petitioner further pointed out that there is compliance on his part as per the directions issued by the learned Sessions Judge. Prima facie, it seems that there is a disobedience on the part of the Investigation Officer.

3.

Hence, issue notice only to respondent no.2, returnable on 25.11.2025.
