In view of order of this court dated 3.12.2025, it is pointed out by the petitioners that Criminal Writ Petition was listed before another bench of this court for today. However in said matter, the respondents sought time and accordingly the petition was adjourned without passing any interim order in the matter.

In view of this factual position, respondent no.2 is directed either to comply the order within one week or to remain present before this court on 15.12.2025. On next date, this court will pass appropriate order, if respondent no.2 failed to remain present. Respondent no.1 is requested to secure attendance of respondent no.2 on 15.12.2025, in case he failed to comply the order.
