In the present Petition, it is alleged that the Respondent No.2 has disobeyed the order dated 18/10/2025 passed by the Sessions Court, and therefore, this Court has issued notice to the Respondent No.2. However, the learned Counsel for Petitioners stated that during the pendency of present Petition, the order of the Sessions Court is now complied with by the Respondent No.2.

On the strength of submission and considering the fact that before admission of Petition alleged contempt is purged out by the Respondent No.2, contempt proceedings are dropped against the Respondent No.2 and Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
