Heard Mr. S.S. Shingane, learned counsel for the petitioners.

He submits that the order passed on 2.5.2025 in Writ Petition No.2389/2025 directed the respondent - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Amravati to decide the grievances as canvassed by the petitioners within a period of eight weeks from the date of appearance. He further submits that on 5.6.2025 the petitioner in pursuance to the order of this Court appeared and submitted written submissions. However, the claim as directed by this Court vide order referred supra has not been decided as yet. He, therefore, submits that prima facie contempt of order of this Court is committed.

In that view of the matter, issue notice to the respondents/contemptnor, returnable on 11th February, 2026. 4.

Petitioners are permitted to serve respondents by all modes of service as permissible in law.
