DATED : 08.01.2026 The petition alleges disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 6179/2024 on 12.11.2024, wherein it was directed that respondent No.2, Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur to take decision on the proposal of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the said authority.

It is contended by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that in spite of the said facts and in spite of the representations being made to the authority, no action has been taken to comply the said order.

In that view of the matter, issue notice before admission to the contemnors/respondents, returnable on 12.01.2026.
