So also, the Application is filed by the Petitioner across the bar for withdrawal of amount deposited by the Respondent no. 1 under the Award. The same is taken on record and marked as Article 'A'. The Applicant/Petitioner/Claimant is permitted to withdraw the amount pursuant to the order dated 03/02/2025, by following due procedure.
