This is a Petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act"), seeking an extension of mandate of the Learned Arbitral Tribunal.

Learned Counsel for the parties have consensus that although they have agreed to extend the mandate by a period of six months, within the enabling provisions of Section 29A of the Act, the said period of six months shall be insufficient. Therefore, they jointly request for extension of mandate until October 31, 2026.
