Today, when the matter is called out, Learned Counsel for the parties jointly submit that this is a Petition under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking a second extension of the mandate of the arbitral tribunal. They have consensus on requesting for extension of the mandate of the arbitral tribunal by six months, to enable completion of the arbitration proceedings. 3.

Taking into account the consensus between the parties, the mandate of the arbitral tribunal is extended by a period of six months from today i.e. until July 16, 2025.
