By way of a praecipe, a request was made for speaking to the minutes of the order dated April 29, 2025 to change the name of the Arbitrator considering that parties have agreed on the identity of the arbitrator. The matter was reviewed in Chambers and this order is passed.

In the said order, the name of the sole Arbitrator be replaced and read as "Justice (Retd.) Shalini Phansalkar-Joshi". 3.

The rest of the aforesaid order remains unaltered. The original order shall be corrected and made available to the parties. The praecipe stands disposed of accordingly.
