This is a Petition under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. None appears for the Petitioner. The Respondent has entered appearance and accepts notice. She would concur with a request for extension of the mandate but would submit that the extension may be restricted to a period of six months. Having regard to the stage at which the proceedings are, the mandate of the arbitral tribunal is extended until December 31, 2025. 2.
