Learned Counsel for the parties jointly submit that it would be appropriate to explore mediation, so that the dispute, which is essentially an inter-sibling dispute, could be resolved. 2.

The parties are referred to the Indian Law Society's Centre for Arbitration and Mediation, Pune (https://ilsca.co.in) ("ILS") for mediation. It would be appropriate to give two weeks' time to explore efforts at mediation. Consequently, they shall approach ILS within a period of two weeks from the upload of this order on the website of this Court and request for mediation to commence.

With the aforesaid directions, stand over to July 23, 2025. The mediation centre at ILS is requested to file a report on the outcome of the mediation.
