By way of a praecipe, a request was made for speaking to the minutes of the order dated December 9, 2025, to correct errors. The matter was reviewed in Chambers and this order is passed. 2.

In para No. 3, sub-para No. A of the said order, the name "Mr. Pradeep Kumar" shall be replaced with "Pradeep Kumar Mishra" and, following office address shall also be incorporated at the end of sub-para No. A.

"Office Address: Office No. 13/14, 2nd Floor, 84/Dholakwala Building, Janmabhoomi Marg, Fort, Mumbai - 400 001."
