This is an application under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking an extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, which expired on August 14, 2024. 2.
The parties have no dispute that they await the receipt of the stamped instrument that contains the arbitration agreement, and the mandate has expired during such wait.

In these circumstances, the delay in approaching this Court does not pose any hurdle to granting the extension. Taking note of the fact that the parties await receipt of the stamped instrument, the Digitally signed by ASHWINI JANARDAN VALLAKATI Date:

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
