This is a Petition filed under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act").

The fundamental grievance is one of jurisdiction in opposition to this Petition under Section 29-A of the Act. Without being drawn into the merits of the matter, it is apparent that the seat of arbitration is in 'Thane'. The venue of arbitration is also at Thane. The reference to the term "Court" in Section 29-A of the Act is the "Court" as defined in Section 2(1)(e) of the Act. Therefore, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, liberty is given to the Petitioner to October 6, 2025 Shraddha

Disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to approach the jurisdictional Civil Court.
