This a Petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Evidently, the chosen seat of the arbitration in the contract is 'Mumbai' and therefore this matter would go to the Original Side and not the Appellate Side. Since the jurisdiction under Section 11 is not before this Court, it would not be possible to entertain this Petition. Liberty to modify the reference to the side and transmit the file to the Original Side. Liberty to mention before the appropriate bench. 3.
