By this application, the applicant is challenging the order dated 15/01/2025 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge Junior Division, Nagbhid, rejecting the application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

Learned Counsel for the non-applicant waives notice and seeks time to file reply.

Learned Counsel for the applicant further submitted that the suit is fixed for proceeding on injunction application. In view of that, there shall be stay in view of prayer clause (b) of the application, till filing of the reply by the non-applicant. 4.
