JANUARY 27, 2026 1) The present Civil Revision Application is filed challenging the rejection of application for rejection of plaint filed by the present applicants, who were defendants in R.C.S. No.03/2013, pending before the learned 6th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Wardha. At the time when revision application was filed, the suit was posted for final argument. It is informed that the suit is presently pending for judgment. Having regard to the stage at which the revision was filed, as also the present status, this Court is not inclined to entertain the revision in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Bhagya Estate Ventures Pvt. Ltd. vs. Narne Estates Pvt. Ltd. and another [Civil Appeal No.4570/2023 decided on 11/09/2024]. 2) In view of above, the Civil Revision Application is dismissed. No order as to costs.
