Learned Counsel, Mr. Rao appearing for the Margao Municipal Council, on instructions from the Chief Officer, who is present in Court, submits that the office memorandum dated 28.11.2025 would be withdrawn and the directions of this Court contained in paragraph 20 of the judgment dated 04.08.2025 would be given effect to and the difference in payment would be paid within a period of four weeks from today.

The statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. 22nd January, 2026
