Order dated June 12, 2025 impugns a decision on payment of fees, which is linked to size of the claims made by the parties. Nothing in the order lends itself to attracting the appellate jurisdiction under Section 37 of the Act. Such an order does not fall within the parameters of an Appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and therefore, this Appeal is hereby finally dismissed. 2.

I have no doubt that the arbitrator would conduct the proceedings uninfluenced by the challenge made by the Appellant in these proceedings.
