This is a challenge to an Order dated July 9, 2025 which essentially dismisses an application raising objection to the continuation of the arbitration. Such an order does not fall within the parameters of an Appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and therefore, this Appeal is hereby finally dismissed.

I have no doubt that the arbitrator would conduct the proceedings uninfluenced by the challenge raised by the Appellant. 3.
