1. The Contempt Petitioner seeks to invoke the contempt jurisdiction, since the Authority i.e. the FRRO, who is Respondent No. 1 in Writ Petition No.301/2025, which was disposed of on 09.10.2025 with directions to decide the visa application of the petitioner, however, was not complied with.

2. Today, learned Advocate for the Petitioner has placed on record a copy of the e-visa granting the Petitioner the visa, rendering this petition infructuous.

3. In this view of the matter, on instructions, the learned Advocate seeks to withdraw the petition.
