After this order was dictated, it was put to the parties to consider proceeding to an arbitrator forthwith, so that the arbitrator could examine the factual facets of the matter and come up with an appropriate working arrangement between the parties. 4.

Learned Advocate for the parties have consensus on arriving at the identity of the arbitrator by tomorrow morning, i.e. January 13, 2026.
